Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram and Facebook
Plan and schedule content using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools like Hootsuite to ensure consistent brand presence
Create original graphics, photography, and reels to highlight menu items, seasonal features, and in-store promotions
Write compelling, on-brand captions to drive engagement and maintain voice consistency
Respond to guest messages, comments, and reviews to foster community engagement and uphold brand reputation
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to capture timely, high-quality content
